Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what www.yamrajkhadka.com.np collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is run by Yamraj Khadka, Kathmandu, Nepal. If you have a question about your data, email khadkayamraj2002@gmail.com.

What this site collects

• Contact form. When you send a message, the name, email address, subject and message you enter are stored in the site's database and forwarded to Yamraj Khadka by email so he can reply. They are not used for anything else and are not shared.
• AI assistant. If you chat with the assistant, your questions and its answers are stored in the database so you can return to the conversation. Your browser keeps a random identifier, not your name or email, that links you to your own conversations. To write an answer, your question and the recent conversation are sent to an AI service (Groq) that processes it on the site's behalf. Please don't share personal or sensitive information in the chat.
• Rate limiting. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit how many messages can be sent per hour. It is not stored with your messages.
• Your browser's storage. The site keeps your light or dark theme choice and the chat identifiers in your browser's local storage. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
• Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Services the site relies on

• Hosting: Vercel serves the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
• Fonts: Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser downloads the site's fonts.
• Database: a managed PostgreSQL database stores contact messages and chat conversations.

Keeping and deleting your data

Contact messages and conversations are kept only as long as they are needed to reply to you or to improve the assistant. To have a message or conversation deleted, email khadkayamraj2002@gmail.com and it will be removed.
